- we must provide a safe and secure learning environment for students and staff
- parents, teachers and students are partners in the process of education
Objectives
In carrying out our mission and applying our philosophy our objectives are:
- to nurture a learning community based on excellence and enjoyment
- to develop independent learners and critical thinkers with an enthusiasm for life long learning
- to foster in all our students respect for themselves and for the global community
- to promote tolerance and respect for people from different cultures and to celebrate the multi-cultural nature of the school and the wider world
- to promote knowledge and understanding of the interdependence of peoples
- to nurture respect and care for the environment
- to ensure all those with the aptitude and desire are able to access tertiary education and to emphasise the importance of aspiring to this goal
