Primary End-of-Year Celebrations
Categories: School News
On Monday 5th July, the Primary School held two end-of-year celebrations – one for the Lower Primary and the other for the Upper Primary. Each event was a celebration of the students’ achievements over the year and it allowed the parents, friends and family to join in the fun.
Songs were sung; dances performed (this year’s Sword dance was truly spectacular!); kazoos, violins and glockenspiels played and certificates of achievement awarded to all. Most of all though, tears tinged with a touch of sadness and joy were shed, particularly for those members of the school for whom this was their last ever event in the Primary School.
Therefore, to our leavers, we say farewell, safe travels, keep in touch and we wish you well. For those of you who are with us next year, stay safe and we look forward to seeing you in September.
Happy holidays everyone!
